The manifesto of the Cultural Left constitutes an expression of open political thinking.
This Cultural Left Manifesto is the 2023 Updated Edition<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cultural Left asserts that cultural advancement necessitates radical evolution, achieved through innovation and the rejection of preconceptions perpetuated by modern management practices and neoliberal or conservative models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These models and practices are seen as complicating the path to cultural development, leading to social and cultural unrest due to the enforcement of austerity and oppression, rather than offering solutions and progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Cultural Left seeks to enhance the artistic, cultural, creative and entertainment industries ecologies by fostering and promoting research, innovative cultural policy frameworks, and trends that generate information pertaining to contemporary cultural and creative management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simultaneously, it strives to support sound marketing, promotion, and funding practices within and beyond this ecology. The Cultural Left amalgamates the aspirations of individuals working in cultural fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As societies, social local groups and individuals defy leadership, the basis of contemporary societies confront a fundamental dilemma. How to Culturalise Democracy in favour of the people and how to Democratise Cultures in favour of humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It extensively comprehends the current technical terms and methodologies that cultural management systems worldwide employ. Without forgetting its roots, it presents the seven fundamental cultural policy expectables, based on specific policies. These are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awareness and Circulation
Education and Cultivation
Acceptance and Innovation
Enactment and Implementation
Production and Distribution
Stability and Sustainability<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These outcomes can only be realized through the implementation of Cultural Democracy, where individuals and various cultural and social groups work together towards the Democratisation of Cultures and the Culturalisation of Democracies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
