This went on for 10 months. And at first, there was no proper decontamination at all.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<span class=\"caps\">EMS<\/span> personnel were told, &#8216;Oh, you couldn&#8217;t be getting sick. You\u2019re not a firefighter. So don\u2019t worry.
